Job Type: Permanent
Salary Range: 80,000 THB (Up to experience)

Provident Fund 3 %
Bonus average 2.5 months
Responsibilities:
- Explore new biz opportunities/ new customers by the following methods
- Co-work with inside sales to obtain new nominated customers which inside sales are handling with. Then contact new customer for biz opportunity
- Study & development of new products/market by using some tools e.g. internet, magazine, advertisement
- Explore biz opportunity of new customers/ markets suggested by management
- Co-work with other groups to obtain list of potential customers
- Lead new biz or inquiry to other relevant groups
- Co-work with other groups for biz opportunities which are introduced to Air Freight Forwarding Group
- Co-work with other groups for sales/ inquiry led by other groups
- Join bidding events which are introduced by other groups
- Take care of oversea bidding (new customers) led by Regional Head Quarter
- Gather customer’s requirement (SOP) to deliver to AFF Operation teams after biz acquisition & before operation starts
- Ensure smooth operation of new acquired customers by co-working with & monitoring AFF operation teams when the operation starts
- Respond to customers for any inquiry and problems solving (if any) until the customers are handed over to inside sales team
- Train existing and new staffs about sales techniques, operation, SOP, costing and pricing, etc.
- Coach/ supervise staffs in own team to ensure that they understand the group’s goal and direction
- Closely monitor performance of team/ subordinate to ensure that biz expansion achievement of team is in line with company/group’s direction
- Implementing new business strategies in total logistics to expand existing customer base and to secure target prospects.
- Develop new and prospective customers while maintaining existing accounts through effective relationship
Requirement:
- Male & Female with age 28-35 years (Thai Nationality only)
- Bachelor degree of higher in BA, Engineering, Economics or Logistics
- Good command of English
- Capable in Microsoft office
- Good Analytical skill and able to work independently
- Self-motivated & result oriented with good inter-personal skill
- Able to handle pressure and work under time constraints
- Advance computer program literacy.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Result oriented with ability to prioritize urgency and timeframe.
- Strong leader ship skill.
