Project Manager is accountable for project delivery, commercial performance by managing all resources and project activities from engineering, project control, and procurement to construction.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that Project(s) are executed meeting the key performance objectives for cost, schedule, health, safety, quality and security;
• Ensure that Project(s) are executed in accordance with contractual obligation, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements;
• Ensure that Project(s) are performance to Client’s satisfaction in order that repeat business can be assured;
• Act as prime contact with Contact with Client, and as the technical, contractual and commercial interface.
• Monitor resources, managing risks/opportunities and changes;
• Manages all internal, external and third party activities, interface with sub-contractor within the project;
• Ensure timely internal and external reporting;
• Ensures project execution and financial close out with appropriate feedback;
• Creates  a  quality  and  HSE  oriented  work  climate  that  encourages  client satisfaction and HSE consciousness among the project team;
• Contributes to people development by interfacing within Project Management Department and Human Resources Department.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering
• At least fifteen (15) years’ experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and related industries, with ten (10) years’ in project management roles as Project Manager or Project Engineering Manager.
• Experience in Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management and Commissioning.
• Experience in Revamp/ Debottlenecking type EPC/ EPCm projects and familiar with shutdown activities.
• Successfully completed at least one (01) EPC/ EPCm Oil & Gas or Petrochemical project as a Project Manager of project value of not less than USD 50 Million OR at least two (02) EPC/ EPCm Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects as a Project Manager of project value of not less than USD 10 Million.
• Prior experience in EPC projects as Construction Manager is preferred. 
• Experience in managing Thailand EPC/ EPM projects is preferred.
