Position:                      Assistant Store Manager (Urgently)

Location:                     Bangkok

Salary Range:             40K / up to experience  

                                    (Five days work week)

 

Responsibilities:

• Management and ensures stock level and direct & indirect customer service in all areas in order to maximize sales.
• Manage and executes recruiting, training, developing and succession planning for sales advisors and the store management team.
• Ensure that all employee relation responsibilities are fulfilled.
• Maximizes profitability through plans, budgets and cost follow-up.
• Ensure that safety, security and administration procedures are followed.

 

Requirement:

• Male/Female with at least High School or Advance Diploma Degree.
• Experienced in retailed industry with strong managerial skills.
• Good English skills (speaking, reading and writing) with computer literacy.
• Sell-oriented, dynamics with excellent interpersonal skill.
• Have knowledge about fashion or mix and match clothing.
