Position: STORE HR MANAGER
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Bangplee
Salary Range: Maximum 120K (up to experience)

ABOUT THE JOB
You are the store’s specialist in methods and processes within HR and be the main driver in reaching the goal as being a preferred employer. Responsible for running HR processes according to commercial reviews, internal guidelines and always lives up to law and legislation in the country.
YOUR ASSIGNMENT your tasks will include:
- Identify strategic human capital initiatives to support the retail business and partner on design and execution of solutions.
- Partner with management to resolve employee relation issues, succession and career planning, provide coaching and counseling to management and staff, and collaborate with Legal Counsel on issues as appropriate.
- Drive internal management development process for retail leadership teams; partner with retail leadership on training and development for their teams. Oversee and provide guidance on all employee compensation decisions in partnership
- Follow-up on Company plan to establish new stores and the co-worker turnover and create plan for recruitment need.
- Monitor total store in achieving the staff cost levels as set in budget.
- Secure that all staff contracts (co-workers & managers) are in line with local legislation regarding labor market conditions and make sure that all managers in the store are trained in legislation so that they are able to manage their staff according to these rules.
- Carry out training for managers and leaders and is also one of the role models and facilitators in COMPANY Way and provide this know how to all managers in the store.
- Reinforce the COMPANY culture in the store and ensure that the total salary costs measured both in total currency value and in % of sales are in line with the targets set for store and to keep costs down at the level where COMPANY can always have the lowest price on the products in the market.
- Ensure that there is a functional scheduling; time keeping and salary payment IT- system in the store and the salary levels of each position are competitive related to the local market.
- Responsible for developing the annual business plan with the store management team in regards to your own department and areas of responsibility.
YOUR PROFILE Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
- Required minimum 8-10 years HR Management experience, Retail or Service Industry preferred, familiar working with fast-paced organization/ Retail Store environment. Must have strong knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding Thai labor market
- Ability to accurately diagnose organizational needs and have the political awareness to gain support and develop strategy with clearly defined goals that can quickly be put into action plans.
- Exceptional communication, presentation skills and analytical skills with the ability to interact with all level of employees up to executive management and Board members
- Creative problem solving and strategic thinking skills with strong business acumen;
- Ability to create an environment where the COMPANY values are a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and visitors
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, presentation and facilitation skills. Excellent analytical and decision making skills, extremely high level of flexibility and creativity Demonstrated ability to manage changing demands and priorities, organizing tasks and directing effective implementation of tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Computer literate (MS-Office programs) and fluent in English communication and presentation both written & spoken
- Must be able to travel up to 30%(+) and work weekends as necessary to attend and participate in meetings and events
