Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for company overall implementation of customer satisfaction management, data analysis and delivery of Company Quality Management Report.
- Coordinate for functional response on Customer Satisfaction aspect by CFS program management.
- Follow up the resolution and deliver an executive reporting to Management.
- Cooperate for Employee Suggestion program management, follow up input process and deliver executive reporting to Management.
- Coordinate to promote process improvement (Kaizen) and implement of annual program worldwide.
- Conduct Annual General Customer Satisfaction Survey.
- Coordinate of document control for ISO9001 and ISO14001 and participate as an Internal Auditor of the Management System.
- Promote, educate and communicate for Quality Management, Customer Satisfaction such as Quality Orientation, newsletter, etc.
Requirement;
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Science, Industrial Science, Economic, Marketing or any related field.
- 2-3 year experiences in CRM.
- Proficiency in English skill both written and spoken.
