Position: Collection Administration Manager

Salary Range: 60,000 – 70,000 THB

Responsibilities:
- Control and monitor with Collection Administration team to print tax invoice and receipts as required for bill payment and collection.
- Be responsible for monthly closing of Account Receivable.
- Control and coordinate with Collection Administration team to update AR collection and adjustment to GL on daily by accurately and complete on schedule.
- Supervise all Collection Administration team to achieve the goals and provide accuracy as Accounting Standard.
- Manage and follow up with Collection Administration team to complete reject data and un-apply need to match invoice for reducing debtor as per target.
- Manage and control Collection Administration team to complete void return check and issue the letter bounce cheque as Collection Team.
- Manage and follow up with Collection Administration team in part of performance KPI need to achieve as commitment.
- Evaluate performance and advise to improve with Collection Administration Section.
Requirement;
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum 5 year experiences and 3 year experiences in managerial level.
- Knowledge in Tax Law and VAT.
- Computer literacy.
- Good command of English skill.
- Service Mind and have a good relationship to work with other Departments.
