Job Type:                    Permanent

Location:                     Silom, Bangkok

Salary range:              65,000 – 70,000 THB

Job Description

• Provide supporting services that enable the platforms teams to manage and deploy the configuration of these infrastructure services across all managed devices.
• Developing and implementing these supporting services that enable the platforms teams to focus on the reliable and repeatable deployment and lifecycle of managed devices.
• Partner with architecture teams, support teams, infrastructure teams and delivery teams to manage high quality services for our internal business customers.
• Good professional communication, presentation, and training skills as well as developing technical and organizational leadership capability are integral to this partnership.
• Develop technical direction with our architecture partners and defining configurations for services based on that direction that can be operated by the platform support organization at scale.
• Providing experienced root-cause analysis for service interruption, and acting as a consultant to help design solutions using our standard services for our internal business customers.
• Evaluated on include: service quality, speed to resolution of service flaws, ability to engage with partners to produce configuration standards, and development of the platform workgroup members through formal and informal training, coaching, and mentoring.

 

Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree
• Good communication in English
• 8 years of related work experience
• Expert knowledge of LINUX/UNIX operating systems.
• Expert scripting/automation skills (Shell, Python preferred)
• Expert knowledge of hardware platforms – Dell / HP, including rack-mounts and blade servers along with
• Server virtualization experience.
• Enterprise ITIL service management experience
