Position: Employee Relation & General Affair Manager - Factory

Salary Range: 100,000 THB/ month (up to experience)
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate with concerning parties to ensure the effectiveness in production process.
- Control and monitor the performance of the assigned process/ line in according to the production plan e.g. quantity and quality, productivity, cost and lead time, etc.
- Plan and analyze for preventive maintenance and improvement on; machine, process, and also skills development of team and subordinate.
- Manage and control all concerned areas to meet the standards requirement of company quality management system.
- Responsible for output and quality of products in responsibility area lowest cost within timely manner.
- Perform a good management such as organizing, planning, controlling materials usage to ensure a quality products and company goals.
- Coach and evaluate subordinates performance in according to annual company, team, and individual targets.
