Our Client is a Real Estate company has been established for 38 years. They were working on malls, market and economic building which are highly successful. Now, their business is responsible in developing projects for sale and rent. Also, developing market, food court, condominium and rental space. Due to their rapid development they are looking for both high caliber new talents and seasoned professionals to join their well established and talented work force in the following position:

 

Position:                      Internal Audit (Real Estate Project)

Job Type:                    Permanent

Location:                     Bangkapi, Bangkok

Salary range:              Maximum 25,000THB + Fleet Card

Responsibilities:

• Execution of internal audits, including planning the audit, executing the audit steps that allow an assessment of the effectiveness of the controls
• Communicate audit result to Department Head and Management.
• Prepares and submits reports on the result of audits finding, recommending improvements to auditee and related functions
• Monitor the improvements and report progress
• Others support as request by Department Head/Manager

 

Qualification

• Male, aged 25-30 years old
• Own personal car with driving license
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related field
• 2 year experiences in Internal Audit
• Fair in English
• Be able to use computer programs
• Knowledgeable in Accounting, tax and related law.
• Knowledgeable in Real Estate and car internal audit would be a plus
• Be able to analyze information to create conclusion and process report effectively
• Good team player and willing to work outside
