Founded in 1982 and headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, They have employs more than 14,200 people worldwide of whom approximately 10,000 are located in Gem polis, Thailand, where the company manufactures its jewelry.
Position: Process Improvement Manager

Salary Range: 90,000 THB/ month (up to experience)
Responsibilites:
- Guide and share team to develop strategies policy deployment procedure to achieve expected target in term of scheduling and outcome.
- Lead team to define, measure, analyze and improve cross functional issue or opportunity for improvement (OFI) project and control result to be sustainable condition.
- Lead team to create and monitor company centralized data system by consolidate and validate all data to be reference database in order to improve more successful project
- Motivate team to improve effectively communication to align the understanding of our information with the others
- Communicate and influence other people to get more engagement.
- Support production to achieve company goal
- Verify and compare benefit of project improvement
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or engineering filed
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Management Leveland 3 years in Improvement field
- Good skill in:
- Management skill
- Project management skill
- Communication skill
- Lean principle
- Six sigma concept
- English skill
- Manage and control all concerned areas to meet the standards requirement of company quality management system.
- Coach and evaluate subordinates performance in according to annual company, team, and individual targets.
