Formed as a general trading house in 1936, they have focused its service on aviation since 1973. They integrate design, R&D, production and distribution in a supply-chain approach.

 

 

Position:                      Senior HR Officer  

Location:                     Prachinburi

Industry type:            Manufacturing

Job Type:                    Permanent

Salary Range:             35,000 – 40,000 THB

 

Key responsibilities:

• Understanding of HR practice, employee relations, recruitment, compensation and benefits and performance management.
• Ability to compile and interpret statistical data communication it in a professional and understandable manner.
• Proven ability to communicate to a diverse audience including executive level colleagues.
• Make suggestions to improve processes and subsequently reduce workload of HR Manager.
•  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years ‘experience in handling a full set of human resource functions.
• Be able to work to deadlines.
• Good in written and spoken English.
• Able to work on own initiative and positively as a team member. Computer literate with the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office package and database
