Salary Range:             Maximum 60,000THB

Benefit:                       Group Health Insurance, Provident Fund 3 %, Bonus average 2.5 months

Responsibilities:

• Act as project leader and liaison between customer to ensure project running smoothly with customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring administrative solutions, and consulting to benefit customers. Manages liaison between customers and appropriate internal organization to resolve customer inquiries.
• Responsible for full customer service function. Coordinating and serving customers' requirements.
• Coordinating & providing support to other department related with customer issues.
• Investigating and solving customer problem, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants.
• Built up and maintain a relationship with customers in order to promote cross-selling opportunities with existing clientele basing and making referrals.
• Analyst & summary all information including pro improvements to customer service;
• Report progression of project on result, expense, and further recommendation perspective to related parties

Requirement:

• Female or Male, Thai Nationality
• Age 30-40 years old
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in any related field.
• 5 years of experience in Customer Service or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in management level
• Experience in Automotive industry is a plus.
• Proficient in speaking & writing English
• Comfortable with details-oriented and documentary work.
• Excellent personality and communication skill
• Strong leadership skill, Problem Solving skill and service minded.
• Systematic thinking, analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Strategic/ logical thinking, with ability to make decision sharply.
• Result oriented with ability to prioritize urgency and timeframe.
