Our Client is a Real Estate company has been established for 38 years. They were working on malls, market and economic building which are highly successful. Now, their business is responsible in developing projects for sale and rent. Also, developing market, food court, condominium and rental space. Due to their rapid development they are looking for both high caliber new talents and seasoned professionals to join their well established and talented work force in the following position:

 

Position:                     Asst. Marketing Manager / Marketing Manager

Job Type:                    Permanent

Location:                     Bangkok

Salary Range:             Maximum 55,000THB (Up to Experience)

 Key responsibilities include

• Manage marketing strategy for company:
• Taking care of overall marketing for housing, condominium and construction projects.
• Responsible in advertisement, public relation and doing campaigns to increase sale volume.
• Responsible in coordinate with advertising agency in order to increase brand awareness for company.
• Develop and control budget for marketing campaign.
• Analyze Real Estate’s target group and possibility to invest in.
• Consult and guide ways to solve problems and develop marketing’s team performances.

Qualification

• Male or Female, aged over 30 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related.
• At least 5-7 years relevant experience in marketing field.
• Have good knowledge in Real Estates business in both vertical and horizontal.
• Experience working in Real Estates industry will be advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
