Responsibilities
- Develop new product and service (Market search for new product that create synergy for our group of business)
- Generate new customer leads and develop new business, acquiring new customers, and achieving sales revenue targets
- Present business and services overview to prospect customers
- Develop specific sales opportunities and plans to enable appropriate sales approaches & proposals
- Co-operate and facilitate both internal and external parties to complete the development cycle
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plan by implementing marketing and sales strategies
- Establishes sales objective by forecasting and developing annual sales; projecting expected sales volume and profit for new products
- Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
- Establishes and adjusts selling price by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand
- Completed sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning team; following up on work results
- Maintains sales team job results by counseling, planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal net work.
- Manage & retain establish relationships as well as developing new accounts
- Establishing pricing, negotiating contracts and providing sales & technical support to customers.
- Analyzing market and competitor trends to identify new opportunities, formulating target market, monitor activity and developing and implementing appropriate response strategies.
- Maintaining and building relationships with existing and new account.
- Managing and coordinating all food agency and all the company’s food business visiting main distributor/customers. Executing food agency strategy.
- Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of sales target and profitability
- Preparing plans, administering budgets in accordance with company strategies and target.
Qualification
- Thai nationality, age not over 45 years old, pleasant personality
- Bachelors or higher Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related field.
- Knowledge of food & beverage and personal care business
- Strategic market analysis capabilities and through knowledge of technical sales requirements.
- With a minimum 3 years of overall Sale, Marketing and Business development tasks.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience leading technical sales team to reach their objectives.
- Must be a highly driven sales target individual with good track record in leadership role to apply and execute all duties in the role.
- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Energetic and positive thinking with problem solving and ability to handle pressure
- Responsible discrete and diplomatic in any situations
- Dedicated ,trustworthy, flexible, adaptable and open to new ideas
- Highly motivated, committed; enthusiastic and self-driven to deliver exceptional results
- Able to quickly establish trust and develop quality relationships
- Engaging interpersonal, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Good command in English both spoken and written
