Position:                     Legal Counsel – Manager Level

Job Type:                    Permanent

Location:                     Silom, Bangkok

Salary range:              170,000 THB (Up to experience)

Responsibilities

• To identify a corporate legal counsel to provide quality legal service and consultation to various departments and business team
• Handling legal and regulatory issues related to fast changing internet business and IT in general, including but not limited to corporate law issues
• Service advisory for local law research and legislative matters
• Reviews, drafts and negotiates major account agreements
• Prepares contracts for internal review and approval and ensures compliance with company policies as well as applicable laws or regulations;
• Including lawyer recruiting, lawyer training and development, legal assistant supervision, work product quality control, professional standards, substantive practice systems and other practice management functions.

Qualification

• Thai Nationality, age not over 45 years old
• At least 7 years of legal practice in law firms and/or in-house is required.
• An attorney licensed in Thailand with a bachelor’s degree in Thai law with a reasonable degree of proficiency in English, verbal and written, Degree from a foreign law school preferred.
• Graduated in Law faculty, if from aboard would be advantage
• Background in E-Payment would be advantage
• Have experience in international Law Firm
• Taking care of all agreement contract (3rd party agreement)
• High energy and high leadership skills
• Good communication and negotiation with people
