Our client is the company that provide express deliveries worldwide service, freight forwarding with planes, trucks, ships and trains, warehousing services that go beyond just storage, but include everything from packaging to repairs, international mail deliveries,  customized and specialized shipping  They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experience professional to join our company in the following position:

Location:                     Bangna (Samutprakarn), Wangnoi (Ayutthaya) and Mahachai (Samutsakhon)

Salary Range:             Up to experience

Responsibilities:

• Manages and implements transport operations plans with direct impact on the objectives and on business results within the scope of responsibility
• Makes operations decisions and recommendations in order to achieve: business and financial results; prevent loss of partnership; and eliminate the risk of substantial expenditures of time, human resources
• Manage trucks, drivers and equipment to generate the highest profit to company
• Manage Driver Team to deliver quality & quantity transportation to customers which are complied with company’s rule, regulation
• Complete all deliveries as customer’s requirements
• Developing and maintain relationships with subcontractors and customers
• Ensure customer’s complaints have been satisfied ASAP
• Control and monitor of best Practice standard working procedures
• Operate own fleet under safety regulation and safety targets
• Coordinate and support ISO and/or DHL standard implementation
• Optimize fleet utilization with volume
• Compliance with SOP manual
• Control and monitor all transportation activities to complete with customer’s requirements
• Support to select, supervise and monitor transport subcontractors and suppliers
• Support works which relating to safety working environments
• Leads and manages team
• Coaching and mentoring planner, leading hand, and staffs to deliver quantity and quality of transportation to customers which are complied with company’s rule, regulation

Qualification:

• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in relevant discipline
• 3-5 years in Logistic and Transport Management or related field
• Leadership through effective communication and ability to influence outcomes across multiple regional locations
• Organizational skills with ability to prioritize under pressure
• Experiences in 3PL is a plus
• Fair command of English and PC Literate
• Inter-personal skills, excellent teamwork
• Strong in leadership and communication skill
• Ability to work independently, conscientiously and under pressure.
