Position: Assistant Accounting Manager

Salary Range: 50,000 – 65,000 THB

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control petty cash
- Physical count every end of month
- Monitor bank reconciliation and cash flow Monitor the landed cost of inventory
- Monitor and control by following report, Inventory Turnover and DOS, Inventory Ageing, Provision Stock Obsolescence, Stock written off every end of quarter.
- Physical count on 1st half and year end Control all accounting functions of debit accounts to work on process and time.
- Monitor and control by following report; Outstanding A/R, Collection plan of each debit accounts, Cheque received form, Ageing A/R.
- Monitor cash discount
- Monitor Bad Debt Provision Analyse each customer and set up the credit limit for each customer base on credit rating (D&B rating) and payment history.
- Monitor and control by following report, Report of Bank guarantee, Credit Limit of each customer
- Monitor the expiry date of Bank Guarantee Monitor and control by GIMS report.
- Physical count on 1st half and year end Control all accounting functions of credit accounts to work on process and time.
- Monitor and control dept by outstanding A/P report
- Check payment voucher.
- Control others SGA expenses, Warranty expenses and A&P expenses by comparison with Budget plan and Forecast.
- Adjust G/L statement to be as Thai TFRS
- Summarize data that support sales and management analysis
- PL comparison report
- Submit monthly report, e.g. format D, etc.
- Projection and Prepare the Budgeting and Forecasting as ESP timeline
- To provide an effective communication of accounting policies to all staff
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or higher
- SAP / R3
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good command in English (Both speaking and writing)
