This leading company specialized in designing and manufacturing customized test fixtures and equipment for world’s top companies in FPC, Touch Panel and Display field and equipment for world’s top companies in FPC, Touch Panel and Display field.
Position: Maintenance Engineer
Location: Ayutthaya, Bang pa-in

Salary Range: 25K-45K

Responsibilities:
- To manage and improve overall maintenance system and activities for all machines as well as support maintenance and production team to perform machine repair
- Able to organize all machine processes and line improvement to ensure that production lines are operated at optimum efficiency, higher productivity and required product quality
- Control and review Preventive and Planned Maintenance timely to make sure that machine, equipment and system are in well-maintained conditions and operated at maximum efficiency and least supply problem to users.
- Control the repair and maintenance expenditure and spare part stock at target level
- Maintain machine manual, drawing and equipment including update machine and equipment list ensuring prompt usage
- Handle corrective, breakdown and improvement work orders.
- Joined maintenance team of line, machine failure analysis, corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Handle projects and assignments in improving: Machine and line efficiency, Productivity, Product quality, Production process and yield wastage, Safety/working condition and Maintenance skill of technician as well as production operators
Qualifications:
- Male / Female, Age 25-35 years old.
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Electrical Engineer is advantage
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in Maintenance system
- Good command in English and Computer skills
- Good leadership skill
- Strong analytical skill and negotiation skills, target-oriented as well as customer service oriented, hardworking and mature
- Good communication skills with good personality.
- Be able to work under pressure
- Comfortable working in International company
- Initiative, innovation, strategic thinking with can do attitude and sense of urgency
- Able to work at Ayutthaya,Bang Pa-in
