Salary Range              Maximum 40,000 THB (Up to experience)

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to on shift labor workforce to maximize productivity and output whilst ensuring necessary resources are available
• Execute station performance goals and objectives aligning with divisional and company goals
• Oversee safety and security of aircraft and operations to ensure regulatory compliance of technical operations activities
• Report status of operations, highlighting significant events to leadership whilst providing direction to assigned station personnel to ensure station and divisional objectives are achieved
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• All other duties as assigned by management.

Qualification

• Thai nationality, age not over 45 years old, pleasant personality
• Bachelors or higher Degree in Engineer or related field.
• Excellent knowledge of Fire alarm system
• Strong Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Energetic and positive thinking with problem solving and ability to handle pressure
• Responsible discrete and diplomatic in any situations
• Dedicated ,trustworthy, flexible, adaptable and open to new ideas
• Highly motivated, committed; enthusiastic and self-driven to deliver exceptional results
• Able to quickly establish trust and develop quality relationships
• Engaging interpersonal, strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Good command in English both spoken and written
