Our client company is feeder services and container liner business in Asia through the provision of high quality container shipping services with reliable fix day sailings, fast transit, the deployment of modern and high specification container ships and customer service information technology.
Position: Application Support
Location: Bangkok
Industry type: Logistic
Salary Range: 40,000 – 50,000 THB
Responsibilities;
- Providing Application maintenance for RCL's Core business application, by becoming an expert on all aspects of these systems.
- Delivering support to existing business users and investigating and resolving application errors.
- Establish Test cases for application testing when new build or patches applied.
- Responsible for Application Testing for enhancement of existing modules and also for new modules.
- Working with the Business Teams and Business Process Teams in identifying and proposing application system changes, better users, enhancements and developments and liaising with appropriate in-house development and vendor development teams.
- Able to generate ad-hoc reports as and when required by business users.
Qualifications;
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or related
- Good basic in programming especially PL SQL
- Good command of written English
- Good knowledge of Oracle Database.
- Extensive knowledge of Query scripts and Procedures.
- Minimum knowledge of Application development and programming.
- Knowledge of Java, J2EE and JSP will be an advantage.
- Knowledge and/or experience of Container Shipping will be an advantage.
