Accounting Officer

Our Client is an import and distribution of industrial products, tools and construction machinery and manufacturer various kind of new and used construction. The company offers the product such as: cable car/all kinds of all, Air movement for industrial, Generators, Car Battery,  Crane, Truck mounted, Battery Deep Cycle, Spare parts for all platforms, and etc. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experience professional to join our company in the following position:

Position:                     ACCOUNTING OFFICER

Location:                    Pathumwan, BKK

Industry type:            Machinery Trading & Leasing     

Job Type:                    Permanent

Salary Range:             18,000 – 22,000 baht

Responsibilities:

• Issue invoice and tax invoice for billing note
• Weekly make and update invoice control report to MGR.
• Contact with customers after issue tax invoice
• Issue Receipt & delivery
• Prepare and make general payment
• Control & Report payment to MGR
• Prepare & Record Account Receivable by Invoice
• Record received transaction by received slip
• Record Account Payable by invoice from supplier
• Record payment transaction by payment slip
• Record all transaction for accrual basis
• Record adjustment transaction ( if any)

Requirement:

• Female age 26-28 years old, 2-3 years in experience of Accounting or Finance with Thai nationality.
• Medium - good command of written and spoken English.
• Computer literacy and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet and other software packages. (If express will be an advantage)
• Positive attitude, flexible and able to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal, communication skills
