Responsibilities:
- Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs and roll-out with up to date.
- Maintain the quality of design, development and facilitation of all training and development programs.
- Conduct training evaluation, follow-up results and reports.
- Provide the training for new and existing employees.
- Prepares the people data or HR analytic to support the people and organization discussion including follow up actions.
- Organizes the training activities as planned and records all training activities.
- Coordinate employee activities and events to maintain good relationships for the employee and the company.
- Manage all administrative activities to support business requirements with cost efficiency and safe working environment.
- Manage HRD projects to promote learning & development solutions, employee engagement, staff activities, etc.
- Other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Male & Female with age 30-35 years (Thai Nationality only)
- Bachelor degree or higher degree in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Business Administration or others related
- At least 5 years of experience in HRD Field (Automotive industry is a plus)
- Strong communication, active, work well under high pressure, positive attitude, energetic, time management, good service minded and leadership.
- Ability to work under pressure, Multi - Task
- Good command in English (writing & speaking of English)
- Good command in MS office, knowledge in training system
- Good computer literacy
- Initiative, innovation, strategic thinking with good attitude and the sense of urgency
