Our Client is a Real Estate company has been established for 38 years. They were working on malls, market and economic building which are highly successful. Now, their business is responsible in developing projects for sale and rent. Also, developing market, food court, condominium and rental space. Due to their rapid development they are looking for both high caliber new talents and seasoned professionals to join their well established and talented work force in the following position:

 Position:                      Financial Planning (เจ้าหน้าที่แผนกวางแผนการเงิน)

Job Type:                     Permanent
Location:                     Bangkapi, Bangkok
Salary range:              Maximum 30,000THB

 Responsibility 

• Prepares financial and business related analysis and research.
• Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools.
• Develop financial review templates and meetings.
• Devise debt liquidation plans that include payoff priorities and timelines.
• Implement financial planning recommendations.
• Defines financial situation by completing quantitative analyses.
• Evaluates optional plans by identifying outcomes and potential returns.
• Values assets by appraising current condition; assessing potential.
• Recommends debt structures by analyzing refinancing options.
• Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team

 Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA highly preferred
• 3 years’ experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
• Strong leadership skills required. Experience in real estate is a plus
• Strong knowledge in forecasting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Access and Lawson skills desirable
