Our Client is a leading Thai power development company, engaging in the electricity generating business. Our client company is strongly committed towards social responsibility and environmental protection issues. Due to their rapid development they are looking for both high caliber new talents and seasoned professionals to join their well established and talented work force in the following position:
Position: CORPORATE SECRETARY (Female only)
Job Type: Permanent
Location: All season place, Wireless Road
Salary Range: Maximum 70,000THB (Up to Experience)
Benefit: Social Security Fund, Provident Fund, Group Insurance (OPD, IPD), Dental and medical checkup yearly, Loan for employee, Uniform for employee, Bonus yearly up to company performance
Key responsibilities:
- Perform general secretarial tasks & administrative support including organize daily schedule appointment, travel arrangement (domestic/overseas), organizing meeting and Executive schedule as required.
- Manage all board and committee meeting, attend and record minutes of all board and committee meetings; facilitate board communications
- correspondence; prepare and distribute proxy statement;
- Monitor corporate governance developments and assist the Board in tailoring governance practices to meet the Board's needs and investor expectations;
- Serve as a focal point for investor communication and engagement on corporate governance issues.
- Maintain key corporate documents and records;
- Providing administrative support to Executive/Management
- Take minutes of Manager meeting.
- Coordinating with both internal departments and external parties
- Organize and maintain the document filling system
- File documents timely and systematically
- Ensure business confidentiality at all times
- Handle and support ac-hoc assignments.
Qualification:
- Female
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related.
- At least 5 years relevant experience in secretarial and administrative
- Strong communication skills, well-organized , proactive, good accountability with perform duties of a sensitive and confidential concerned
- Fast and efficient worker, able to work under pressure and highly responsible
- Good attitude and good interpersonal skill
- Willing to work hard and flexibility in working hours
- Trustworthy in handling confidential information
- Smart personality with professional appearance and service minded
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point , Outlook, internet / e-mail )
- Good command of English.
- Immediate available is preferable
