Position: HR MANAGER (HRM Function)
Location: Bangkok

Salary Range: 90K-110K

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, legal requirements, company regulations, company policies and other relevant rules and laws.
- Managing employee relations processes and facilitating a positive employee relations environment.
- Ensuring positive employee relations between managers and staff/workers by educating and training line managers regarding laws and effective people management.
- Supervising general administration and employee services.
- Recruitment processes, identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview, select applicants and maintain a high standard of professional recruitment practice.
- Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety programs.
- Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel.
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
- Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation.
- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
- Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
- Responsible for investigating and responding to problems, enquiries and complaints.
- Maintain good staff relationships and morale amongst staff reporting to him/her, through effective feedback, recognition, appraisal and development.
- Monitor HR team to comply with the rules/regulations and to identify and address any arising issues.
Qualifications:
- Male or Female with 33-38 years old (Thai Nationality only)
- Bachelor degree of higher in Political Science, Human Resources, Psychology, Arts, Business Administration or others related.
- At least 15 years of experience in HRM (with managerial level at least 3 years) Strong organizational and operational skills
- Experienced in Recruiting & Employee Relations (Labor Law) & Compensation and Benefits are advantage.
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Good personality or Service minded
- Team work
- Good command of English (TOEIC >700)
- Strong analytical skill and negotiation skills, target-oriented as well as customer service oriented, hardworking and mature
- Be able to work under pressure
- Comfortable working in International company
- Good personality, relationship, with can do attitude
