Our Client is the largest retail marketing service company in Asia. The company was established in 1993, and now employs team of 1,000 full time and over 9000 supporting employees. Due to Thailand business expansion, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experience professional to join our company in the following position:

Position:                      SHOPPER INSIGHT MANAGER

Job Type:                    Permanent

Location:                     Petchburi Road  

Salary Range:             80,000THB –120,000THB/ month

Benefit:                       Bonus, health insurance, provident fund and holiday

Responsibilities:

To analyze clients shopper data, and deliver the useful shopper insight and actionable recommendation matching with each client’s objective. Retain existing clients by ensuring clients’ satisfaction from the service quality and speed. Also find opportunities to increase new clients.

• Coordinate with existing clients to get requirements and deliver shopper report matching with each client’s need.
• Find new potential clients in order to increase sales volume.
• Analyze member data in order to summarize the key finding and find opportunity to increase client’s sales.
• Develop analytical process to be faster and more effective.
• Develop analytical results to be easier to understand, more creative and actionable in order to increase clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or related files.
• At least 5 year experience in Retail/FMCG business with category/shopper analysis job.
• Experience in various FMCG businesses would be a plush.
• Analytical thinking and creative thinking.
• Good proficiency in English. 
• Good command of computer, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
