Our Client is automobile Leasing and Hire Purchase business. We increased registered capital to 1,000 million Baht in December 2004 confirming our seat in the Top Leading Specialized Auto Finance Companies.
Position: Insurance Broker Manager

Salary Range: 80,000 – 90,000 THB
Key responsibilities:
- Be responsible for Business Unit (Local broker firm), running both marketing and underwriting aspect.
- Manage the business relationship with local insurance brokers to promote all classes of general insurance business
- Expand business to the new channels and broker firm.
- Conduct strategy including creation of product package to encourage channel to achieve suitable product mix as well as key profit monitoring and improving
- Run market analysis to benchmark and develop company products to be competitive with competitors
- Manage underwriting functions of all classes of insurance
- Ensure that lines of business underwritten in compliance with underwriting guidelines and in accordance with corporate strategic objectives and financial goals
- Responsible for portfolio analysis for profitability and claim trends
- Provide technical support and training to staff of companies and broker firm
- Manage the renewals process to ensure the profitable retention of the corporate business in accordance with the budgeted retention target
- Conduct market research and analysis when necessary
- Develop and maintain a broker incentive scheme to ensure that the company achieves its budgeted sales and loss ratio
- Lead and develop team with direct supervision; coaching and guiding their quality performance to ensure that the team's target is achieved
- Contribute to the development of the company strategies
Qualifications:
- Male or Female, Age 30 years old up
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
- Experience in operation process and partner relationship management for telesales business (insurance broker business is preferred)
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Good in Microsoft Office
- Able to communicate in English (spoken and written)
