Our Client is International Company about retail fashion from Japan. They have many branches in Bangkok and increase expanding branches. They have a product that is unique because it is one's own and several of clothes, stationery, and kitchen include furniture. They are looking for who has want to grow up with them.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all infrastructures and utilities of the Company
• Manage all emergency maintenance to team or subcontractor
• Manage overall Facility Maintenance, Security & Safety Section covering planning, budgeting, coordinating, scheduling of work, conducting meeting, maintaining maintenance and project budgets, following up and reporting of all facility & safety projects/assignments
• Work closely with subcontractor and store to conduct root cause analysis, problem solving, prevention of recurrence and annual preventive maintenance plan regarding all facilities in the Head Office Buildings and Distribution Center
• Propose yearly maintenance plan and budget
• Conduct energy saving, Store maintenance, safety and environment in the premises
• Manage spare parts storage and maintenance service (both in-house service and sub-contractor service) for all store
• Conduct building inspection and DC visit to evaluate current situation and areas for improvement
• Deal with sub-contractor for cost estimation, price negotiation, project conclusion, contract preparation and project control for construction/renovation/maintenance project or contracted service
• Review and primary approve for repair and maintenance expense
• Monitor the Sub contractor and provide expertise and support to subordinates to complete all tasks effectively
• Develop policies, standard operating procedures and best practices, including written guidance/work instruction for safety, security and facility management
• Coach, train and motivate the team to meet target and company’s expectations
• Communicate and provide regular updates on all regular tasks, assignments and projects to supervisor and all parties concerned

Requirement

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related fields
• Possess at least 3 years’ experience in Facility Engineering and Management
• Possess at least 1 years in Safety and Security Management
• Strong leadership skills, decision making with high responsibilities
• Good communication skills; able to follow up and co-ordinates with concerned parties to handle and resolve problems promptly
• Good command of English; written and spoken
• Good computerized skills with solid knowledge of all standard software, internet, email
