This company is one of the largest companies in the world in motion control technologies, including aerospace, climate control, electromechanical, filtration, fluid and gas handling, hydraulics, pneumatics, process control, and sealing and shielding.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and management of the quality function at the facility. Responsible for ensuring that quality program policies, plans, standards and requirements are met at the facility.
• Identify, develop and implement the quality management systems, and audit to meet division initiatives, ISO/TS16949 (QMR) and other customer requirements.
• Communicates customer, regulatory and organizational requirements to assure product quality, contract compliance and customer satisfaction.
•  Acting as the key contact with customers’ auditors and taking responsibility for ensuring the execution of corrective actions and ongoing compliance with customer’s specifications.
• Oversees the effective documentation and implementation of the quality management system to assure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements and the standards set by corporate/division policies.
•  Works with Division leadership to ensure that individuals performing functions affecting quality are trained and demonstrate the appropriate skills and performance results.
• Coordinates necessary Division personnel for internal, customer and third party quality system audits.
• Maintains a corrective action system to analyze and correct nonconforming conditions and complaints.
• Implements the performance measurements necessary to effectively evaluate organizational performance and trends in product quality, services, customer satisfaction and the cost of poor quality. Uses the results of performance evaluation to target improvement efforts.
• Collaborates with Purchasing on the development and implementation of a supplier management strategy.
• Assess supplier capabilities and monitor supplier quality to ensure desired levels of performance.
• Collaborates with Engineering on new product development and design review for quality/reliability issues.
• Other assignments by the immediate supervisor

Qualifications:

• Male with Thai Nationality only                                        
• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering or equivalent.
• 8 years related quality assurance and quality experience preferably in OEM manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of and experience in ISO9001 and ISO/TS16949 procedures, Six Sigma and/or lean experience would be a much added plus.
• Strong QA experience in managing both manufacturing and supplier control (A MUST).
• Knowledge and experience with statistical improvement methods, and corrective action development experience.
• Managerial experience, with demonstrated ability to provide leadership and motivation to employees.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Make good business decisions.
• Excellent computer skills and strong English skills both of verbal and written.
