Country Sales Manager

Our Client is the global market leader in thermal insulation materials base in Thailand. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experience professional to join our company in the following position:

Position:                      COUNTRY SALES MANAGER

Location:                     Thailand (Home base)

Job Type:                    Permanent

Salary Range:             Maximum 90,000 THB (Up to experience)

Benefit                        Social Security Fund, Group insurance, Bonus, provident fund and etc.

Job Responsibility:

• Develop specifications and create & service demand of company product for commercial & residence projects and in the HVAC & relevant segments in Thailand
• Work with key decision makers such as designers, Consultants, contractors to materialize the business opportunities
• Manage existing distributors to achieve sales objectives
• Work with ASEAN team to develop and implement Sales & Marketing plan
• Identify and develop potential distributors with focus on HVAC segments

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of working experience in technical sales and marketing/project management/business development
• Experience in the HVAC, Building & Construction industry
• Ability to adapt in inter-cultural environment and communicate effectively at all levels
• Business & Technical background preferred
• Good contacts with M&E customers – designers, consultants and contractors
• Good understanding of construction business and understanding of the purchase structure, how to develop specifications, follow through and get approval with the relevant contacts and end users(contractors)
• Ability to manage and work closely with local distributors
• A strong team player with an open and co-operative personality
• Strong willingness and ability to learn
• Self-starter with good level of initiative
• Excellent command in English communication
