They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experience professional to join our company in the following position:
Position: Business Development Manager - Sites Finding
Location: Bangkok

Job Type: Permanent
Salary Range: Maximum 150,000THB
Benefit: Car allowance, Fleet card, Telephone allowance and Variable bonus
Responsibilities:
- Identifies all contracts/agreements (new, renewal, sub leasing, closure and other related) critical issues and negotiates for the best interests of the company and plans the working schedule ahead
- Seeks for the potential locations with preliminary reports preparation for management decision.
- Calculate for Site’s price and Break-even for selected sites.
- Working on analyzing report; competitor analysis and possibility analysis.
- Coordinate with Construction, Maintenance departments and developer to insure optimum, timely and accuracy development of locations
- Analyze and prepare Store Closing package to Management for approval, as well as ensure a smooth closure process.
- Maintains real estate files to ensure all documentations, property tax, signage tax and all permits are completely done and filed to ensure the smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Male & Female with age over 30 years old (Thai Nationality only)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Real Estate, Finance or Business Administration
- At least 7 years experiences in related field.
- Experience from retail business, food and beverage industry is preferable
- Own personal car with driving license
- Knowledge in law and regulation about real estate and property development contract
- Good computer literacy
- Very good command in English
- Good communication skills with good personality.
- Be able to work under pressure
