Collection Manager

Our Client is automobile Leasing and Hire Purchase business. We increased registered capital to 1,000 million Baht in December 2004 confirming our seat in the Top Leading Specialized Auto Finance Companies.

Position:                      COLLECTION MANAGER

Location:                     Bangkok

Salary Range:             70,000 – 80,000 THB

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and challenge team to achieve the target
• Provide recommendation and consultation to subordinated and other concerned persons for problem solving
• Improve and change the business process to have the efficiency process as always
• Monitor and manage outsource to always meet higher collection ratio
• Handle customer who has problem which is beyond collector's authority i.e. persuade and explain to solve their problem while maintaining company income and benefit
• Manage report should be developed and provided regularly
• Other assignment

Qualifications:

• Male / Female, Age 33-45 years old
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science (preferred), or related fields
• Minimum 6 years experience in Debt control (Hire Purchase collection) field are preferred. Ability and skills in analytical/logical thinking are must.
• Self motivated; highly driven, result and commitment oriented
• Able to work in under pressure
• Good in English skills (spoken and written)
