Our client is the company of game online and e-commerce industry. Client is a leading platform provider for online and mobile entertainment and communication across Southeast Asia, Taiwan and Hong Kong, serving millions of users. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experience professional to join our company in the following position:

Salary Range: 70,000 THB (Up to Experience)

Responsibilities:
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program, counseling managers on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews, recommending changes.
- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees, scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, counseling employees and supervisors.
- Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends, recommending benefit programs to management, directing the processing of benefit claims, obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids, awarding benefit contracts, designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
- Age not over 40 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field
- At least 10 years in HR and Administration will be advantage
- Good Negotiation skills and Coordination / Able to work under pressure
- With knowledge and understanding about Labor Law
- Pleasant personality, service mind, teamwork, leadership, enthusiasm, good human relations
- Excellent command in English (Listening, speaking, reading and writing)
