Position:                    Collection Manager – Personal Loan (4 positions)

Nationality:                Thai Only

Salary range:            40,000 - 50,000

Work Location:          Ayutthaya, Chonburi, Samutsakorn, Korat

Job type:                   Permanent

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct and manage collection team to collect customer’s payment
• Develop Strategies and supervise a collection team in all collection activities
• Develop or revise incentive plan for Collection Team appropriately
• Review performance of Specialist personnel and follow up
• Review and resolve the cases related to collection

Qualifications:

• At least bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related filed
• At least 5 years working experience in collection management; solid supervisory experience is prefer
• Proficiency in English
• Computer Literacy
