Our Client is the global market leader in thermal insulation materials base in Ratchaburi, Thailand. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experience professional to join our company in the following position:
POSITION: MARKETING COMMUNICATION - ASEAN
LOCATION: Banpong, Ratchaburi
JOB TYPE: Permanent
SALARY RANGE: 25,000THB-35,000THB (Up to Experiences)
BENEFIT: Social Security Fund, Group insurance, Bonus, provident fund and etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning and Creating Marcom Tools: Maintain & update mailing database, create and maintain marketing collaterals (e.g. Brochures, CD's, Samples etc.), collect data/customer surveys and build relationships with a range of stakeholders, e.g. customers, suppliers and sales colleagues.
- Events and Exhibition: Conduct and participate in campaigns, seminars, arrange sponsorship programs and organize exhibitions and events.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers/ printers, get involved in writing and proofreading copy and liaising with designers and printers and proactively follow up with people for completing the assignments /projects before time & take corrective actions in case of deviations /delays keeping others informed about it
- Project pipeline development and accuracy: Analyze, review and report on the ASEAN project pipeline and ensuring data is accurate, up-to-date and fully captures the project activities in the markets. This includes reviewing pipeline size by country against annual KPIs and monitoring forecast accuracy for project invoicing.
- Assistance in reporting for weekly and monthly review meetings: Ensure Business Managers have accurate and timely data to support territory reviews, identifying pipeline size, conversion rates and 6 month forecast.
- Identifying priorities for sales activities and ensuring support tools are provided: Work with Business Manager to ensure sales teams are focused correctly on the major opportunities in each market that their weekly activities are aligned with project needs and they are well-equipped with the right sales tools needed to win the projects.
- User Support: Support sales engineers and managers for trouble-shooting and improvement activities
- Commercial Process / Tools: Provide and develop new sales processes and tools to support the business growth plan to ensure the delivery of sales and margins targets.
- Project Tracking of Key projects: Work with sales engineers and managers to track top 20 projects of each quarter.
- Sales Administration Support: Process customers order, liaise with internal department, arrange for shipment and provide any other support required by the customer service team.
- Reporting on competitor activities
- Jobs as directed by the Superior.
QUALIFICATION
- Diploma Holder in any discipline, Bachelor Degree is preferable
- 3-5 years’ experience in sales and marketing function
- Able to communicate in English language well
- Able to travel domestics and abroad and have own car
- Able to work with design program (Visio, Illustrator, In Design, Acrobat etc)
- Experience in customer service, sales administration and support role
- Good analytical and communication skill
