Sales Engineer

Our Client is the global market leader in thermal insulation materials base in Ratchaburi, Thailand. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experience professional to join our company in the following position:

Position:                         SALES ENGINEER

Location:                         HOME BASED (Office Location: Banpong, Ratchaburi)

Salary Range:                Maximum 40,000THB + Fixed Car Allowance + Actual Travel Allowance + Telephone                                               Allowance + Yearly Incentive + Variable Bonus 1-2 months

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain and develop relationship with existing & new potential customers.
• Visiting potential customers to increase new business.
• To prepare & plan working day to make the most efficient use of use of sales time
• To prepare presentations, demonstration, proposals & variety of status sales reports.
• Resolving customers’ complaints to complaisant
• Prepare service for client after delivered products and services.
• Consult with Country Sales Manager to achieve sales team target.
• Lead the expansion and maximization of the new/current channel network and market segment development work; with clear strategic plan for Thai market; and align effective marketing activities.
• Engage in setting and planning Turnover budget process for Thai
• Assist sales department for seminars

Requirement:

• Bachelor or Master Degree Marketing or Business major or Mechanical Engineering with additional commercial post graduate degree is an advantage.
• A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing function
• Experience in HVAC, Insulation business, Building and Construction Industry will be advantage.
• Familiar with projects or manufacturing sales will be advantage.
• Experience in commercial role of the business; involved in distribution channel management, Marketing strategies planning, Sales Management and new products/application development exposure.
• Solid planning/organization, work management skill, Strong inter-personal and relationship building skill, a  good listener, communicator and Negotiation skill
• Fluent in Thai and English both written and oral
• Safety mindset, Integrity, capacity to learn and able to travel
• Own personal car with driving license
• Willing to go to manufacturing located in Ratchaburi twice a month.
