Position:                      SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

Job Type:                    Permanent

Location:                     Bangbuathong, Nonthaburi

Salary Range:             120K-150K (up to experience)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Strategize and plan raw material forecasts, production, dispatching, and inventory by analyzing the sales performance in order to ensure product availability and achieve optimal stock level and costs.
  2. Identify sources for lubricants supply and negotiate the best deal in order to meet business requirements with competitive cost, short lead time and quality specifications.
  3. Plan, implement and train quality check program, and manage quality testing to ensure conformability with company quality standards and specifications and regulatory requirements.
  4. Develop and implement policies and procedures in relation to production, warehousing and distribution management and control to ensure consistent compliance to operational and HSE standards set by company and regulatory requirements.
  5. Plan and implement short-term and long-term strategies for product sourcing, supply, warehousing, and dispatching by keeping abreast with lubricant market trending and analyzing sales performance.
  6. Co-ordinate with Headquarters on the product and packaging quality to comply with company and regulatory requirements.
  7. Lead in analyzing and studying machine efficiency improvement programs by recommending possible enhancement solutions in order to optimize machine capacity and productivity.
  8. Plan, implement, and manage sourcing, supply, decanting, inventory & warehousing, and distribution of lubricant products in a safe and efficient manner to meet the business requirements.
