Our Client is the global market leader in thermal insulation materials base in Ratchaburi, Thailand. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experience professional to join our company in the following position:

Position:                   Maintenance and Facility engineer

Location:                  Banpong, Ratchaburi

Job Type:                  Permanent

Salary Range:          30,000 THB (Up to experience)

Benefit:                  Social Security Fund, Group insurance, Bonus, provident fund and etc.

Job Responsibility:

1.)   Preventive maintenance plan

To manage and control the plan of preventive maintenance in diary check, weekly check, monthly check and year check   for machine downtime and machine breakdown to height efficiency for according to the target achieve.        

2.)   Maintenance plan          

To manage and control the maintenance plan in overhaul, repairing machine before damage for machine ready to use all time for machine downtime and machine breakdown for according to the target achieve.

3.)   Spare part control         

To manage and control the spare part for supporting the machine downtime and machine breakdown for according to the target achieve.  

4.)   Budget control   

To manage and control   the budget for   machine repair,  machine improvement, machine development, spare part control etc.       

5.)   Machine and equipment repair    

To manage and control the machine and equipment repairing to height efficiency for breakdown       reduce.

6.)   Breakdown and downtime analysis          

To analysis the breakdown and downtime in the machine and equipment to develop the preventive maintenance for according to the target achievement.       

7.)   Improve and develop machine    

To Improve and develop the machine for expedient in operate and process controller.

8.)   Maintenance budget control        

To manage and control the cost of repair and preventive maintenance in the budget.

9.)   Maintenance operation in ISO 9001:2006 

To manage and control maintenance department to according to the management system in ISO      9001:2006        

10.)   Maintenance operation in ISO 14000      

To manage and control maintenance department to according to the management system in ISO      14000  

11.)   Control scrap on machine

To control scrap on machine from breakdown and downtime machine by preventive maintenance to efficiency.

12.)   Maintenance work order in complete

To manage and control the maintenance work order according to the target achievement.

Qualifications: 

• 2-5 years’ experience in Maintenance & Facility Engineer
• Bachelor degree in electrical engineer
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Control in site project,  Electrical design, install and completion machine, manage and control electrical in factory
• Able to communicate in English language well
• Can be locate at Banpong Ratchaburi
