Our Client is leader provider for Cleaning and Hygiene product, technology and service, cleaning solution to drive increase productivity, food safety and infection prevention through the integration for new technology-enables service and systems. Head Quarter is North Carolina USA, Thailand is one of operation branch for South East Asia. Currently company seeking for an enthusiastic and experience professional to join company in the following position:

Position:                    MARKETING MANAGER (South East Asia) - Food Care

Location:                    Bangkok, Rama9

Job Type:                    Permanent

Salary Range:             60K-80K (Up to experience)

Benefit: Social Security Fund, Group insurance, Bonus, provident fund and etc.

Create and execute Marketing Plan for South East Asia cluster with support of country and regional teams. Coordinate and manage innovation / new product launch/commercialization activities. Define key customer needs, related to company’s strategic program. Work closely with sector/sales team to develop and execute key value propositions and offerings. Lead execution of selected strategic programs. Lead/Coordinate Marketing Communication and Market Intelligence activities in line with regional plan. Lead profit improvement activities and Deals and Offer program. Support for Commercial Excellence programs

Qualification:

• Engineering, Chemistry or Business Management degree with 7+ years Sales / Marketing experience in B2B market (preferably in Food Industry)
• Leading edge  Marketing knowledge
• Ability to analyze and grasp essence of concepts (4Ps, value proposition, etc)
• Complex project management capability
• Good understanding of financial analysis
• Customer insight experience
• Fluent in English
• Easy adaptation to multi-cultural business environment
• Able to travel within the cluster South East Asia

Success Metrics:Speed/quality of implementation of launches, Results of launches vs targets (sales / GP), Sales and GP improvement through strategic projects and value propositions, Execution success of strategic programs within the cluster

Key Decision Rights: Selection of new products to launch, Marketing/Portfolio KPIs, To stop / refine strategic projects that he/she leads, Modification of marketing plan in line with priorities / requirements / trend
