Position: RECRUITER / CAMPUS RECRUITER (2 vacancies position)
Nationality: Thai Only
Salary range: Depend on experience
Work Location: Bangkok
Job type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and coaching of recruiting professionals responsible hiring resources into Thailand location
- Collaborating with recruiting team to bring in initiatives or other best practices to implement in Thailand
- Delivering appropriate interview training to executives and recruiters
- Understanding the local laws and legislations to ensure country practices are aligned
- Defining and customizing selling messages delivered to applicants
- Monitoring external competitor analyses and adjusting strategies/processes as needed
- Reporting on status and effectiveness of recruitment progress/recruiting metrics, team member productivity/activity, and issues, recommending actions
- Pre-screen candidate
- Be able to design and bring the company image to the targeted universities. (For campus recruiter)
- Be able to play a strategic role in establishing our campus hiring framework. As the leader for the Campus program (For campus recruiter)
- Working closely with business heads, hiring managers and dedicated vendors to ensure that the top graduate hires are selected, on-boarded and that the campus program is running smoothly. (For campus recruiter)
Qualifications:
- Thai Nationality only
- Bachelor degree in related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in Recruitment
- Able to work outside office such as university location or job fair (For campus recruiter)
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Must display professionalism and confidence
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills
