QA Manager (Base at Ratchaburi)

Our Client is the global market leader in thermal insulation materials base in Ratchaburi, Thailand. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experience professional to join our company in the following position:

Position: QA MANAGER

Location: Banpong, Ratchaburi

Job Type: Permanent

Salary Range: 50,000 THB (Up to experience)

Benefit: Social Security Fund, Group insurance, Bonus, provident fund and etc.

Job Responsibility:

1.) Pillar leader of Q&PC and FI

• In charge pillar leader of Q&PC – Quality & Process Control
• In charge pillar leader of FI – Focused Improvement    

2.) Facilitator Kaizen activity and team

• Identify WAM project with working team in order to deliver PAP budget for Company

3.) QA Team Management

• Managing QA team on shop floor level to ensure quality SOP are completely practice/follow on production process.
• Ensure that quality procedure are well develop and practical to operate in order to deliver zero quality defect to customer

4.) Manufacturing standardize program for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001

• Ensure that all manufacturing standard program are well manage and communicated to entire team to get well understanding and follow procedure that been developed.
• In charge of ISO champion for Company to deliver regular audit and ensure that certification is valid and renew with no major concern.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or Science or any relevant or above
• At least 5 years’ experience with MNC company
• World Class Manufacturing or LEAN management implementation
• Proficient in Lean principles such as Value Stream Mapping, Just-In-Time, Demand Flow, Single Piece Flow, Five S’s, Visual Management, Total Productive Maintenance, Continuous Improvement Process, Kaizen, SPC, Six Sigma and Communication Tools, Statistical Problem Solving, ISO9001, etc.
• Experienced in change management, project management and manufacturing cost structure.
• Strong skills in financial analysis and knowledge of statistics and statistical control tools
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Track record showing continual improvement result.
• Good command both of spoken and written in English and computer literate (MS Office).
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
