POSITION: Group HR Specialist (HRIS)
INDUSTRY TYPE: Trading

LOCATION: Bangbuathong, Nonthaburi
SALARY RANGE: Maximum 70,000 THB
BENEFIT: Five-day work week, Insurance and social security fund
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with all company’s branches to secure monthly HR reports on employee data including but not limiting to: employee movement, new hires, exit interviews etc.
- Consolidates, maintains and update Group level employee information data by collecting and summarizing data from countries: prepare monthly summary analytics (in Google sheet first, then HRIS)
- Once the HRIS goes live, capability to be the system administrator and independently run reports
- Provide support to the Group head of C&B for matters related to international aassignee insurance registration, etc.
- Coordinate HR communication by building and managing various employee engagement platforms: maintain HR Google site, cooperate with Thailand teams for internal communication platforms, etc.
- Actively represent HR and participate in employee activities (including organizing them) and internal communication on BBT site
- Provides ad-hoc administrative support for the HR department including travel and expenses within budget, maintaining assets and supplies as per needs
Qualification:
- At least 5 - 8 yrs of relevant HR related experience in a matrixed MNC
- University Graduate/ Post Graduate with specialization in HR preferred (not mandatory if backed with relevant experience)
- Energetic, pleasant, people friendly and willingness to learn
- Team player, with a positive attitude
- Good knowledge of Google apps as well as HRIS
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications
Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
