Our Client is an import luxury healthcare and beauty company. They have many product about cosmetic especially skincare such as perfume. We are currently seeking to employ an experienced in marketing and strategies for support their brand. You will be able to demonstrate experience in consumer, healthcare and beauty. Their business is looking for qualified and high energy person to join and grow together with their company.

Job role:

OFF-SIDE PROMOTION

• Planning for sales promotion area out of permanent POS throughout Thailand
• Deal with retailers/landlord / third-party suppliers to ensure space as plan
• Annually sales target setting
• Manage space rental fee/%trade spend /promoter budget with high returnable ROI
• Liaise with marketing for sales promotion scheme, %trade spend to retailers
• Liaise with HR / Trainer and ensure BA manpower availability will be ready as plan
• Liaise with all cross-function i.e finance, supply & logistic, marketing, trainer and make sure excellence operation will getting well support in order to achieve annual budget plan
• Coaching and manage BA promoters to achieve sales target in each promotion activities
• Ensure brand elements – price promotion / POP / signage / make up & service tools be ready to enhance sales promotion activities
• Provide promotion feedback / %yield with ROI analysis for better productivity

 Qualifications:

• Male/Female age 28-35 years
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration
• Proven and solid work experience as a sales executive directly in cosmetic industry will 
  be priority considered or any relevance in fashion business
• Strong/Excellence spoken and written skills
• Well-plan and high negotiation/problem-solving skills
• Confidence and high persuasive for selling skills
• Proficiency in MS office
• Ability to analyze sales promotion report
