POSITION: OFFICE MANAGER (Chinese Speaking)
LOCATION: Sathorn, Bangkok
JOB TYPE: Permanent
SALARY RANGE: Up to experience

REPORT TO: Operation Support Manager (Chinese)
Key responsibilities
- To assign and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff
- To allocate available resources to enable successful task performance
- Co-ordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
- To coach, mentor and discipline office staff
- To design and implement filing systems
- To ensure filing systems are maintained and current
- To establish and monitor procedures for record keeping
- To ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
- Co-ordinate schedules, appointments and bookings
- To monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- To review and approve office supply acquisitions
- To maintain a safe and secure working environment
- Coordinate with government office regarding to Visa/Work Permit and BOI process
- Coordinate with Law Firm for any legal advisory
Qualification
- Bachelor degree or higher
- Thai Nationality
- Male or Female age between 30-35
- Chinese (Mandarin) speaking is a must
- Proficiency in English (TOEIC Score above 600 is preferable)
- Knowledge of administrative management practices and procedures
- Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
- Knowledge of business and management principles
- Computer skills and knowledge of general office software
