Our client is a beauty business that’s focused on maintaining as the leading beauty and personal care importer and distributor in Thailand and emphasizing its service and branding will be a key strategy to stimulate sales. Position:                       SENIOR OPERATION MANAGER (Cosmetic Brand)

Jobs Type:                    Permanent

Salary range:                140K MAX

Location:                      Silom, Bangkok

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Initiates hiring process of Make-up Artist and Store Manager in conjunction with Human Resources and Brand Manager
• Supervises and manages the level of in-store inventory, new product, visual merchandising and collateral materials, and ensures their timely availability for marketing activities.
• Prepares detailed launch timetable and activities for every new door; negotiates launch support and events with local.
• Plans and coordinates all training sessions
• Works with Brand and how it is poised within local competitive market to capture new audience.

• Grooms team for succession planning.
• Ensures team understanding and adheres to Brand philosophy, image , and policy.
• Supervises day to day operations of Store Manager; ensures Make-up Artist, Guide adhere to dress/grooming guideline and display positive, friendly attitude.
• Towards customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor or above, in related field.
• Experience: 7-10 years in Cosmetic or Consumer Product industry.
• Language: English is preferred
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Team player and very well organized
